With a monthly membership, you’ll receive consistent care that maximizes your skin’s health and appearance over time. Regular treatments help maintain skin health, restore a youthful glow, improve texture, and target concerns such as hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and congested pores—ensuring your skin stays radiant all year long.
Membership Commitment, Pausing & Cancellations
- All memberships require a 12-month commitment.
- After the initial 12-month period, memberships automatically continue renew unless canceled with at least a 30 days’ written notice.
- Memberships cannot be placed on hold or paused, except in cases of medical necessity or extended travel, with documentation and management approval.
- To cancel, members must provide at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- Refunds are not available for unused treatments or partial months.
Membership Benefits
💳 Payments
- Membership fees are auto-billed monthly to the card on file.
- Payments are due on the same date each month as the initial enrollment.
- If a payment is declined, the member will be charged an additional $50 fee per declined transaction.
- A one-time $350 (BRBB) enrollment fee may apply.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Membership pricing and perks are subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice.
📅 Scheduling & Booking
- It is the member’s responsibility to schedule their monthly appointments in advance.
- All treatments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Members receive priority booking and early access to specials.
- Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
- To reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled appointments will result in forfeiting the deposit.
- In cases of inclement weather, appointments may be rescheduled within the same month only.
Additional Perks
- Membership discounts apply only to services and products purchased by the member.
- Members may receive 10% off all retail skincare products during their active membership.
- No Stacking of discounts — cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or packages.
- Beauty Room TM reserves the right to update or modify membership perks and policies at any time, with notice to members.
