Your time matters—and so does ours. Please read carefully before booking:
Deposits
- All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
- If you cancel, reschedule outside the policy, arrive late, or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied to future bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Need to cancel or reschedule? Call or text (843) 593-9918.
- No DMs, emails, or social messages will be accepted.
- You get one (1) free reschedule. After that, each change is $50.
- Any promos, specials, or discounts tied to the original booking will not carry over. No exceptions.
No-Shows
- No-shows forfeit all payments.
- To rebook, you must prepay in full.
- Clients who no-show more than once or habitually reschedule must prepay all future bookings.
Late Policy
- Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened service.
- Arriving 15 minutes late or more will be treated as a no-show. Payment is forfeited, and prepayment will be required to rebook.
