SPECIALS/Promo Policy

Terms & Conditions (Read me. I’m important.)

We love offering specials, but we need a few ground rules so things stay clear and fair for everyone. Please read before purchasing:

No Stacking
Specials cannot be combined with other offers, promos, packages, referral credits, or memberships. (No stacking, sorry!)

Credits & Gift Cards
Credits and gift cards may only be applied toward full-priced services. They cannot be used for specials, discounted services, or promotional pricing.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule a single appointment once during the promo month (or the scheduled promo month for series/packages), subject to availability. No rollovers. Missed or additional reschedules will result in forfeiture. You are responsible for keeping your scheduled time—our books fill quickly!

Prepayment
Prepayment may be required to secure your spot, especially for bundled or series specials.

No Substitutions
Services included in specials must be redeemed exactly as offered. No swapping, substitutions, or service credits.

No Refunds
All promotional purchases are final. Services purchased on special must be used within 6 months of purchase or they will expire. Unused services cannot be rolled over, credited, or refunded.

Transferability
Specials are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser, unless specifically purchased as a designated gift.

Availability
Specials are subject to provider availability and may be limited in quantity. Booking early is recommended.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Our standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to all specials. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the promotional service.

Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue specials at any time without prior notice.

Product Sales
All product sales are final.
